Refund Policy



RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after you receive the item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, have a label and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at Info@spicelivinghome.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Please note, we will not be responsible for the cost of shipment of returns.

Damages and problems

 

If our products are faulty or damaged, or received in error, read on. Eligible items must be in unused condition.

 

  1. Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately via email (with photos) so that we can assess the problem and rectify it. You must do this within 2 days of receiving your order.

 

  1. We may ask you to ship your original purchase back to us. Please do not return any items before contacting us

 

  1. We will check the product once we receive it and if you are eligible to receive a refund, we will send you a notification once the item(s) have been received and checked. (If we deem the product not to be faulty/ damaged, we will ship it back to you).

 

  1.  Any refunds will be applied via the original payment method, e.g. your credit card, PayPal etc. Once approved, refunds take 5 – 10 business days to process. Feel free to contact us if you have not received your refund after this period.

 

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as unpackaged items , customised products  and personal care items. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

 

Change of mind returns

 

If you’ve changed your mind or purchased an incorrect product after we've shipped your order, we can issue a refund (of the purchase price of the product/s, excluding any shipping costs paid) or exchange if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/reshipping the item(s). Your refund amount may be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 10% of the item(s) price (to cover non-refundable costs made to payment service providers). Or $10 will be deducted from the refund if the value of the returned goods results in the original order not reach the minimum amount for free shipping.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If the returned item is damaged or lost on the way back to us, then the buyer is responsible for the loss.

If it is approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please remember that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
